Macintosh was our first Golden Retriever. We got him from a breeder in Manitoba in the summer of ‘99. Mac was born on February 11th, 1999.
In a nutshell, Macintosh is a giant, cuddly teddy-bear. Always willing to comfort those who are sad, or play fetch with those in an athletic frame of mind. Not a conformation dog, Macintosh is neutered, and is considered the 'family pet' - Although he has chosen the head of our household as 'HIS' person. However, although Mac-Man may not have conformation of a champion, he does have energy to boot- and that is why he has completed a beginner's agility class in the summer of '04. | ||
Macintosh has many nick-names, including “Mac-Man”, “Mac-Attack”, “Big-Mac”, “Mac-a-whak”, and his usual ‘nickname’ Mac.
Mac is one of the friendliest dogs I have ever had the privilege of owning or even knowing. He captures the hearts of all who meet him with a quick lick and a wag of his tail. Such a friendly dog! |
